What is the KV Residents Action Group?

The Kidbrooke Village Residents Action Group is a community driven, volunteer led, democratic, inclusive, independent group. Formed in 2023, we meet on a monthly basis to understand and solve some of the common challenges people here in the village face in order to take collective action.

How you can participate

The KV Residents Action Group come together every month at the Community Hub to discuss issues concerning everyone like safety, amenities, service charge, energy prices etc. For the next event where you can participate, see here. We welcome everyone who lives in Kidbrooke Village to take active part in these meetings for it is vital that the collective voice of the residents is heard.

Why you should participate

In KV, there are shared ownership properties, socially rented properties, privately owned properties, privately rented properties. Whether you are an owner-occupier, privately renting, in shared ownership, or socially renting, we all live in this new development together and our views should be heard and taken into account.
