The Property Management Team, apart from being responsible for managing the Estate Management Team, also deal with the strategic management of Kidbrooke Village, which includes the financial management of the development from preparation of service charge estimates, to review of budget performance. The Property Management Team will also deal with any issues relating to credit control, Lease and service charge queries, placing of maintenance contracts, granting consent to sublet or make alterations to your property and staff recruitment, amongst other things.

There is a dedicated PCSO who patrols and engages with the residents of the development throughout the week on a rostered shift pattern. Additionally, the PCSO can be contacted via the Concierge desk, walk-in surgeries are available and appointments can be made upon request.
A recent initiative has been introduced by the PCSO for the registration and tagging of bicycles. Bike tagging events will be scheduled throughout the year for residents to take advantage of and we would ask that all owners of bicycles register them with the estate management team by completing the form at the foot of this welcome pack and providing it to your concierge.
